Lee Crombleholme studied Psychology and Sport Science at undergraduate and post graduate level. He is also an NLP Master Practitioner and has a diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy which he uses to improve sport performance. Lee also played NCAA Division 1 golf at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (too many years ago!)
Lee Crombleholme has over 20 years experience helping golfers from club level up to European Tour professionals attain confidence and consistency in their golf games.
Inside Winning Golf Mind you will find golf instruction videos to improve all areas of your golf mind. Practical examples are clearly illustrated by demonstration to aid the clarity of your learning.
The mental condidtioning audios which accompany a lesson are specific to that months golf instruction video content. The best way to use most of these audios is to listen to them two or three times a week. They are usually about 20 minutes long and require you to close your eyes whilst listening. They feed confidence into your mind by manipulating the images, feelings and sounds that you develop in your creative mind. These peak performance states are then anchored into a confidence ‘trigger’ that you can fire off whenever you need them.
Articles in the form of pdf’s are included where necessary. These, for example, might take the form of ‘Post Round Mental Feedback Sheets’ that you might choose to fill in after each round. A kind of mental stats if you like. These keep you aware of your mental skills and aid the learning process.
With years of experience in many sports from club level right up to Olympic medal winners, you are sure to learn the mental tools and techniques necessary to reach your goals.
His main are of focus has always been golf due to his performance background. Having worked with many European Tour pro’s and International amateurs Lee has probably helped deal with every issue known in golf. He definitely promotes ‘positive psychology’ rather than focusing on what is wrong. Transferring skills from other sports or experiences is always introduced were possible.
Lee is based at the High Legh Golf Club, Cheshire and the North Wales Sports Physiotherapy Clinic, Deeside. He also travels around the World working with sports people and conducting Mental Coaching Seminars to all levels of players.

Tom King graduated from the University of Central Lancashire in 2010 with a degree in Psychology with honours in Sports Psychology. He then went on to complete a Masters degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology in 2011. Tom’s specialism is golf with several of his clients being successful professionals and elite amateurs, working with golf academies and individuals alike. Over the last few years he has broadened his range of sports psychology services to working in professional football (Leicester City) and working with elite athletes competing in triathlons. Tom is becoming more qualified in his profession and will complete a chartership in Sport and Exercise Psychology with him becoming fully HCPC registered by 2017.
Tom has 10 years experience working in psychology and more than 5 years working with a wide range of athletes from complete beginner to professional level. His main area of expertise is golf as that has been his main sport for over 10 years with a playing history ranging from representing Wales in British colleges in 2007, to regularly competing for his county for several years.
